W3 Real Estate Fund, L.P. (the “Fund”) is a closed end, “value-add” real estate fund. The Fund is sponsored by W3 Partners. Affiliates of Hunt Realty Investments, Inc. ("HRI") can invest up to $100 million in the Fund.

The Fund has a tightly focused investment strategy to invest in office and office/R&D assets in the Western United States across the spectrum of asset types, including direct investments in properties, notes, mortgages and equity. The Fund seeks to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns by solving problems at the asset or portfolio capitalization level using W3’s hands-on real estate operational and financial skills.
